MARTIN CHLODNICKI, PH.D.Service Designer, Researcher, and Business Consultant in Poznań, Polska -# Full-time lecturer and researcher at Collegium Da Vinci, Managing Partner of Service Design Polska – helping firms make their services more valuable and cooperating also with Poznan University of Economics at the Faculty of Management, Department of Services Management, as well as lecturing post-graduate courses at a number of different universities. Wrote a master work on “Advertising of the Immaterial Services”. Working as a researcher has done his doctor’s degree on “Professional Services Marketing and Quality Assurance”. University Senate has rewarded the Doctoral Thesis.
